TERMS & CONDITIONS



Orders:
1. To order, please leave a comment under the respective collection. Pretty Spells will acknowledge your order within a day. An invoice will be emailed to you, therefore ensure accuracy of email address.
2. Your comment will be placed in a moderation queue and will not be published.
3. Reservation or price haggling of item is strictly prohibited. Pretty Spells will not be responsible for any wrong orders made by buyer.

Payment:
4. Pretty Spells accepts modes of payment via iBanking, ATM transfers, and interbank transfers. PayPal is available upon request, subject to additional service charges.
5. Please make payment within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice sent by Pretty Spells to the email address provided.
6. Pretty Spells will provide full refunds or allow exchanges for items that are sold out. Exchanges must be based on products of the same value or lower; unless topping up with extra charges.

Postage:
7. Pretty Spells will not be responsible for lost/damaged items through normal mail.
8. All items, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of standard normal mail for Singapore only. We recommend upgrading to Registered Postage to minimise loss/damage by topping up S$2.25.
9. Pretty Spells will mail out all items within TWO (2) days upon payment. Regular updates to buyers on the status of their orders are done via email.

10. For all enquiries, drop us your questions at our tagboard or email us at prettyspells@gmail.com; we will reply you within 1 working day.

Post-Purchase:
11. Please note that purchases made during our on-site events, such as flea markets, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly check the the items that you are purchasing are within your acceptable terms. Requests for exchanges or refunds will not be allowed thereafter.
12. For online purchases, items have been checked for any defects or breakage and will be individually bubble wrapped and packed for postage. Utmost care and safety will be taken to reduce the possibility of harm to accessories. Purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
